FAQ
Which NOSSA racket is right for my level?
The NOSSA Base is for newer and developing players: lighter, softer and more forgiving. The NOSSA Core is for intermediate to advanced players who want more power and feedback.
What do I need to play padel?
A racket, a few balls and non-marking shoes with good grip. Most games are doubles. If you're committing to the sport, a sleeve or bag to protect your racket and fresh overgrips make a real difference. Our Player Packs and bundles put these together for less than buying them separately.
What's your returns policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Every racket carries a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. See our refund policy for full details.
How often should I replace my padel racket?
Depending on usage, a racket typically lasts 6–12 months for frequent players and 1–2 years for casual players.
Can you play padel singles?
Padel is built for doubles, but singles is played too, on a narrower court (20m x 6m).
Will you be adding more products?
Yes. New rackets, bags and apparel are in development. Follow us on Instagram @nossapadel or join our newsletter to hear first.
